Once you are
a Participating Practice

New participating practices will be provided with all the support needed, including access to the ImplantSure portal, which allows all qualifying patients to be added to the system and claims processed.

What’s next?

  • Terms of agreement will be sent to new participating practices.
  • A unique link to a dedicated portal for each ImplantSure Participating Practice will be provided.
  • Guidance for registering procedures and making a claim will also be provided.
  • The guarantee wording for inclusion in the patient treatment plan will be provided.
  • Bank details to set up a monthly Direct Debit to make payments will be requested.

How to make a claim

The claims process is easy and straightforward

  • Register the details of the claim on the ImplantSure portal.
  • The dedicated claims team will be able to check the patient and procedure from the database to ensure the procedure is covered.
  • Once the details have been verified, any relevant medical details can be uploaded to the claims portal.
  • The claims team will then authorise the proposed remedial treatment plan.
  • The ImplantSure Participating Practice will be reimbursed with the agreed fixed cost of the remedial work as per the inner limits.
  • All claims will be managed by Denis Global, a specialist third party claims company.
  • Access to relevant medical records will only be needed when a claim occurs.
