The guarantee offers 5-years protection through an insurance policy, which in turn gives peace of mind for practices and dentists, as well as being an effective marketing tool.

After gaining membership, a pack containing everything required will be provided. Participating dental practices simply add all qualifying patients’ procedure details to the ImplantSure portal. The process is straightforward, via the online and secure portal and there is a team of people at the end of the phone who can help with any issues or via the contact form.

Once registered, dental practices log in to the ImplantSure portal and add patients’ procedure details on. Basic information is required such as patient reference number, full name, postcode, record of the implants carried out.

Making a claim is easy and straightforward. The claim will be made through the online claim portal direct to the insurer with minimal information required. All of this will be provided on registration.

There is just a one off £50 fee to become an ImplantSure Participating Practice. This will be deducted from your first month’s Premium payments

There are no ongoing fees.

As an ImplantSure Participating Practice, the business becomes part of an elite group working to provide the highest level of protection and satisfaction possible. Participation with ImplantSure demonstrates that the business is responsible and proactive when it comes to protection in the event of implant failure and accidents, as part of a responsible aftercare plan.

The 5-year guarantee must be a part of every standard offer to all qualifying patients and all qualifying procedures must be added to the ImplantSure system.

Participating dental practices are not offering or selling insurance products. The ImplantSure Participating Practice is purchasing insurance which backs the guarantee offering through TL Dallas & Co Ltd., which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) to arrange insurance.
